Runs small, (and I find this true across Mizuno brand), ordered 1/2 size up and they are just fine.

Very narrow
These are much narrower than previous pair I had a few years ago. I can’t wear them because my toes go numb. Missed my return window too :(

Definitely smaller and narrower
Has been my go to brand for 5 pairs over many years. Good quality and support. This time, the shoe is at least 1/2 size smaller and narrower. Ordering next size up and wide when available.

Not comfortable at all. Within an hour legs are tired. Can feel the ground as if not enough padding. Would not buy again. Return to Wave CreationP

Great forefoot!
I was loyal to a great shoe brand for several years, but their prices became just too much for me to pay. Then I switched to another brand that I had worn a long while back, but the structure and spring just wasn’t there. I have a neutral gait and forefront strike, so I need a little spring up there, ya know? I had been eyeing these Mizuno shoes, and the price couldn’t be beat. I ordered these in two colors and kept them both. Now, when I’m running, I am just marveling at how comfortable and dynamic they are! I did need to go up a half size when purchasing. I ordered a 7.5 when I wear a 6.5-7 in most shoes, otherwise.
