I’ve been subscribed to a makeup box service for a couple years so I didn’t need any mascara but I was shy of free shipping so I ended up buying this to qualify-and I am SOOOO glad I did! I’ve tried dozens of brands over the years and my biggest complaint is all of them either come off to easily or, if they are long lasting... is impossible to get off. I’d use a remover before washing my face at night, with all visible traces of the mascara gone but still wake up with raccoon eyes. I have to adjust the fit constantly whenever I wear glasses because my lashes are rather long and hit the backside of the lens whenever I put them on which also leads to raccoon eyes because the mascaras that don’t require heavy artillery to remove... end up flaking or micro dusting from the lashes hitting the lens throughout the day. This formula makes my lashes look incredibly thick along the base yet is free of any trace of globs that typically cling to the individual lashes...all are perfectly separated, yet coated. If you wear it too long and it starts to come off without intervention, it comes off in strips that are easily brushed off without leaving a trace- no smearing! The best part is not having all the lost lashes from having to use heavy removers or from the scrubbing trying to get it all off. I wash my face as normal, splash to rinse, then just have to close my eye, lightly hold my lashes against the skin beneath the eye and then open the eye with that light pressure in place and voila! No need for cotton balls and it rarely needs more than one pass. I’ve had two friends ask if I was wearing false lashes since I started using this about 2 months ago and had to get it out so they could take a picture bc they wanted to get it too. Highly recommend!!!
