Flutter Sleeve Jacquard Cocktail Dress

This is a very nice dress and the fabric's texture is great. But it is NOT a cocktail dress, as the description bills it. Also, the description says it is partially lined. The skirt is not lined, which I definitely do not like. Some dresses that are described as partially lined have unlined sleeves only. Others have an unlined skirt like this. The description should definitely say what part of the dress is lined and what is not. I never would have tried this had I known that the skirt was not lined. I still give it four stars because the fabric is so nice. NOTE: This came in a small plastic bag and is a mass of wrinkles. Worse, the additional dress I ordered with this one is a $200 dress packed in a similar plastic bag. It, too, is a mass of wrinkles. Come on, Nordstrom! This never used to happen. Occasionally I still get nicely packed dresses from you. So you can still do it! I order from you for the service and the care with which merchandise is treated. Why send items to customers the way some big box discount store would ship? I am paying more for the service.
