Faulty watch & poor customer service

Bought a Michele watch from Nordstrom Rack. One month later, it stopped working. Reached out to customer service who told me I was past the return date & not only that but they don’t do returns for faulty items. Reached out to Michele to learn that Nordstrom Rack is not an “authorized dealer” and therefore there is no warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE A WATCH FROM RACK! You won’t get what you pay for!

Stunning watch!

I have always eyed this watch but when I saw it on sale I had to have it. Shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I took it to a local jeweler to have some links removed to size. Absolutely love it!
