Good price point for this coat
Ordered my regular size. It fits well with room for a sweater underneath when needed. Appears as described. Lightweight but fabric feels durable. Haven't worn it yet so cannot comment on waterproofing. Arrived pretty wrinkled and hanging isn't getting the wrinkles out.

Just what I was looking for
I was looking for a lightweight mid-length raincoat for this spring. This coat was exactly what I'm looking for. It fits true to size and the color is a nice neutral, olive green. The drawstring at the waste to give some shape to the coat. And the stand-up collar is a nice Element as well. I haven't used it in the rain, but the quality seems very good so far.
