received damaged sunglasses
These sunglasses themselves are super cute but the pair I was shipped appeared work and the sides are stretched out so bad that i can’t even get them to stay on. I was so excited to get these. Then to realize I have to send them back AND it is charging me $9.95 to return them. Why should a customer have to pay a return fee when the company sent me damaged product to begin with? You can clearly tell someone wore and returned them, one of the side arms was wrapped and one wasn’t. Why would a company send this out like this?
