Initial bracelet
Sadly, I didn’t receive my bracelet. The Fedx package arrived with a broken seal that had been re-taped. You could see finger marks where the package had been ripped open. I contacted Nordstrom immediately, thinking nothing would be done, however, they’re going to issue a refund. The bracelet is no longer available with my initial, but Nordstrom customer service was awesome! Shame on FedX service.
