Lacking QC
I ordered women’s shoes and ended up getting men’s shoes instead. Super disappointing. It feels like there wasn’t much care put into checking the order before shipping. Now I have to deal with returning them and waiting all over again, which is a hassle I didn’t expect. Hoping NR would tighten up their quality control so this doesn’t keep happening.

Disappointed in my purchase.
I bought these shoes about 4 months ago and they are already getting a hole in the front, near the toes. It seems like the plastic there is thin and easily worn through.
I am a classroom teacher and only wear them to work/as a regular weekend shoe, so nothing outrageous. They are the correct size and it was roomy in the toe area as well. I am really disappointed because I have several shoes from Merrell and this hasn't happened before.
Very sad as I really enjoyed these shoes.
