Fly Strike 2 Hiking Shoe (Women)

I ordered these in a size 7 and a 7 1/2 as i love both the brand and this style. Both arrived filthy both on the upper and with gunk stuck to the soles. One even appeared to have coffee stains all over it. I immediately contacted customer service and was told I could return in store but it was up to the discretion of the store since they appeared worn. I have been purchasing from NR for many years but am shocked and disappointed by the condition of a few items that I have received recently. I’m not sure what happened to quality control but they really need to improve, especially if it is up to store discretion to return an item. Two stars because it isn’t fair to the brand, but a big heads up these may not arrive clean. Worth purchasing, just not from this store.
