Antora 3 Trail Running Sneaker (Women)

I have never worn Merrell shoes. Having wide feet, I have always defaulted to New Balance wide width. But. For an upcoming trip, I found myself “walking shoe shoeless”. I have never had luck ordering shoes on line that fit. But. Living in a quite isolated area, with no available shoe stores, I gambled on Merrell. I am very happy with these shoes! Fit my feet to a T. No break-in time needed. Great support for my high arch.

I had a pair of Antora 2 in wide width which were the best, most comfortable trail shoes I have tried with my wide feet. I wore them out so purchased the Antora 3 in the same size. It was somewhat narrower but almost 1/2 inch longer in length which made them too big. I exchanged them for a 1/2 size smaller which was too small and not wide enough so I had to change to another brand. On the plus side the exchange and return process was super easy. The shoes may work fine for some but it’s very different than the previous version for some reason.
