Unique, sturdy little party hat
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy to have found these precious hats for my granddaughter’s upcoming birthday. Could have bought on amazon, but cost more, and shipping charge was ridiculous. Can always rely on Nordstrom for quick shipping, and free!
