Beautiful watch, defective right out of the box

Love this watch. Bought for Christmas for my husband but unfortunately the hour hand was bent at the tail and interferes with the second hand so the watch will not run. I can only send back for refund, not replacement so I have sent it to our jeweler for repair. Would have been a terrific deal had I not had to pay for repairs.
