Men's 5–8mm Black & White Cultured Freshwater Pearl Necklace

I loved wearing this thing and the way it looked. Until the black "pearls" started discoloring and turning a copper brown color, I googled more info on real pearls and they do infact discolor, but to a lighter color grey on black pearls, not a solid copper brown that looks nothing like real pearls but more like a primer over fake pearls. Took it back to the store =, cashier so the issue right away and call the store mgr. to approve the return but without even caring to look or listen to wha I had to say, she just repeated several times "I can accept the return without the tag, I left and called customer service and they said that because it was purchased at a Rack they cold only escalade the problem to I don't who or where because nobody got back to me, it was expected because I asked customer service for a ticket or complain refrence number and she they she could't provide any. I looked for real pearls some where else, and found the same necklace on Jomashop and they go for $40.00 less than at the Rack. I lost my money.
