V-Neck Ruffle Sleeve Wrap Dress

This dress was not at all what I expected. I was planning to use it for a maternity photo shoot and while it fit fine, the material isn’t apparent in the picture. It’s a shiny material and has little flowers all over it. The material and print is like that of a kimono, which might be great for some people but doesn’t work for my purpose. I also had researched the return policy and thought I would get a full refund but I guess everything I read was for in store purchases, which is frustrating because return shipping cost $10. So now I’m out $10 for a dress that wasn’t at all as pictured.
