Too big
The smallest hat was unfortunately too big, on the tightest setting of the small hat it was too loose and sat so low my ears stuck out. I really wanted to love this hat, because the quality and feel in the hand is amazing. If you have a bigger head this is for you, if not…try a different brand

Water ruined it
Advertised as water repellent and floats…took to the lake and water stains appeared when dry. Looks horrible. Returned after one use.

The hat did not look like the marketing picture.
The photo of the hat was an all-grey hat and that is what I thought I was buying. The text said Grey and Maroon and shame on me for not reading it more closely. The hat arrived and it is beyond ugly. Not sure I will ever wear it in public :(
