Elephant Print 400 Thread Count Cotton Sheet Set

I specifically got these to replace sheets I bought when my husband and I traveled to India in 2008. I was heartbroken when they finally ripped. So I did all the research on how to choose the best sheets and reviewed various lists ranking sheets. But I came across these when browsing for deals on Nordstrom Rack. I knew my kids would find them fun. My husband would appreciate the sentimental reference. (Coincidentally, he had just bought the cheapest sheets from Amazon, because he was out of town sleeping on an air mattress while shooting a documentary on location. When he returned, to my horror, he put them on our bed because they were freshly laundered. There was a grittiness that made you stick to them, you couldn’t roll over without a fight, and the corner kept coming off no matter how many times you fixed it). While these may not be “the best” sheets on the market, they stay on the bed, feel soft, are crisp enough you can turn over without taking the top (or bottom) sheet with you, and the Indian-inspired elephants delight the whole family. So far, they’ve laundered well. And the decorative stitching on the top sheet and pillowcases are an attractive additional embellishment.
