Get it together Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack
The bag is great. But, I’m leaving this review for the people that pack and ship the items. Why, if the bag is a certain size, you feel it’s okay to bend and fold it into a box that’s way too small and cause damage to it? I received it, creased so badly that nothing will remove them. I’m done shopping with you.

First it arrived with a beautiful dust cover and when I opened the box I couldn't believe how beautiful the bag was plus I get the bonus small bag with it.
