Damaged Trench Coat
Ordered this item for in store pick up. Upon opening the box and inspecting the trench, the button on the left arm cuff was completely missing AND so was the belt. I am very disappointed that the item was not carefully inspected to make sure it was satisfactory to sell.

Enormous. Very baggy wide cut waist
Wearing the jacket open is impossible- it looks absolutely enormous and hangs awkwardly due to its huge unformed cut.or maybe it’s supposed to be fitted but it’s just too big? I ordered XS and though the shoulders sort of fit, the arms are too long and the waist is shapeless with lots of extra fabric. The color is great and the fabric is pretty good actually so I’m bummed it doesn’t fit.
