bubble sleeve is not tight at all, just sewn in a way that it will remain bubbled and not cut or dig into your arm skin at all. The dress is fully lined even the bubble sleeve. Amazing quality for the price. I will never buy dresses from a mazon again after getting this dress with this quality at Nordstrom rack for the same price, and super fast shipping even though I did not pay extra for fast shipping, I received my order in 2 or 3 days.
