I was so excited to get these brown boots from the anniversary sale. When they shipped, Nordstrom’s switched the photo from brown to tan snake. I am a very disappointed customer with the switch. These tan snake boots are getting returned.

Beautiful & comfy
I'm glad Nordys finally updated the pic of the "tan" boot to reality because I too ordered what I thought were going to be brown textured boots. I had ordered another pair of grey snakeskin booties so I wasn't looking for a similar style. However, when I tried these on I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are! The heel height is perfect as I can't wear anything really high and I feel like i could wear these all day. While the color wasn't what I was looking for, I do like it and think it'll be a great boot for fall. The quality seems really nice and I ended up keeping these and sending the other snakeskin boots back. Size-wise they feel TTS; I'm an 8 and that size fit perfectly without any pinching or heel slippage.

Color not as pictured
I ordered what looked like a cognac textured leather - I got tan snake boots. The picture of what I ordered and was supposed to ready for pickup clearly is not tan nor is snake. I love Matisse boots but honestly for fall the cognac boots would be the preferred choice. Call me disappointed.
