FABULOUS summer skirt
This skirt was one of the most comfortable things I wore in near 100 degree heat on my recent trip. It was light, airy, and perfect! While the material is a bit sheer (as is the case with most white linen or cotton gauze clothing), I wore a very lightweight, perforated pants “slip” underneath that took care of the problem. (Highly recommend for summer light colored bottoms!) The other thing that sold me on this skirt was that it didn’t have a crazy amount of material to make me look many pounds heavier than I am. I’m short, but curvy, so many tiered skirts in this style just have too much volume and don’t flatter my hips. This one is cut just right. Love it!

TOO SHEER
the fit is cute, nice weight etc. However it is completely sheer. As in, you can even see the nude slip I tried to wear underneath it. Unwearable for this reason, which is a bummer. I considered buying a white slip which might have been better but back it went. Marine Layer what were you thinking!?

love and bummed
The skirt is very soft and comfortable. Why did they make it see-through in white? Not just a tiny see-through but obviously see-through in the back. A slip will be required so I’m going to see if I can make it work. Love it and bummed it’s so sheer in the back.
