I'm between M-L. Reading the reviews I went to L. Should have gone XL. Also, these have that awful "tummy control" mesh panel which is really uncomfortable.

They run a little small
These are actually one of my favorite pair of workout leggings. They’re high waisted and they don’t roll down. They are slightly small but I do like them a little fitted since it holds the tummy area well. I personally recommend them.

Great quality but Size Up
I saw one review that said the sizing is small and I concur. I have other MARIKA leggings at home so I bought the same, but these are small, go a SIZE UP. Waist seems smaller than most, so should have excellent tummy support there. The quality is nice and thick for the winter.
