True to size, I am typically a small. I ordered a small and a medium and the small fit well (oversized fit). I ended up returning this because it was not warm. The fleece is only on the outside, and the inside of the jacket has a noisy nylon-like lining.

The sleeves are huge, not like the photo. I am a medium, but I look like a big cranberry in the color I chose. It is warm and use around the house.
