Block Heel Bootie (Women)

I just received these and I can't wait to wear them! I have difficult feet (fused big toe joint and bad knee on same leg). I am usually an 8.5 or 9. I ordered these in a 9 and fit is good. I would say if you have wide feet, these wouldn't work for you. I am solid medium width and these are just wide enough with thinner socks. No heel slippage when walking. The heel height of 1 1/2" is perfect for my limitations and the block heel makes the boot feel solid under my foot. They arrived in perfect condition, no scratches or marks. I will have to see how the faux leather in the metallic shiny silver wears, but for the price, I think they are perfect for a special occasion boot!

I typically wear an 8 in boots and these I can wear an 8 with thin socks or tights. I'd consider 1/2 size up if I hadn't bought final sale. The outer material is quite stiff, as you'd expect for patent leather so you don't want it to rub. The toebox is somewhat narrow. They seem well made and the mirror finish is highly reflective. I don't think they're tacky but I mean, you're buying shiny silver boots.

I have these boots in another color in leather and they are great. Bought the silver on sale and could not be more disappointed. They are cheap, stiff, super tacky, feel like crappy plastic and not comfortable. Not up to Marc Fisher standards and a waste of money. Wish I could return them (they were final sale) but at less than $20 at least it’s not a big loss.
