Easy and Comfortable
This halter dress can be adjusted through the neck to be as high or low as you want. I'm 5'2" so it skims the gound and I would have to wear heels. The colors are gorgeous and the reason I bought it. I would wear it with a backless bra or pasties, or as cover up. It has no back. The elastic around the waist and the halter ties are the only things holding it onto your body. Because of this it's very roomy and I ordered two sizes down.
