Slim Fit Crop Jeans

The near-black wash goes with so much, and the not-quite skinny not-quite straight cut is very classic! But unfortunately the fit was wrong for me. I'm normally a size 12 (waist 31, hips 42.5) which would've been closer to a 10 in the brand size chart, but I listened to the advice in the item description and reviews to size up, and I shouldn't have. The size 12 was way too big on me. I will also say it didn't seem like a super curve-friendly cut, as there was much more gapping in the waist than in the hips, even taking into consideration they were too large overall. Unfortunately they don't have the size 10 for me to exchange for so will have to return, which is sad because I loved them other than them not fitting.

They’d look great if they fitted. The waist is not really stretchable, I ordered my usual size and it barely closes, but fit perfectly in thighs, also the bottom is much wider than on pictures. If I ordered the size bigger it’d be too much wider everywhere else below the waist. And they’re more grey than black.
