Heel tip came off
As the other reviewer said same thing happened to me that the brown heel tip came off when I wore these to work. At some point I was walking around the office on the metal screw used for the heel tip. I've bought replacement tips now to use. I also bought a shoe from mango in black that looks similar to this one so I may preemptively change that heel tip too.

GIRLS OVER 160LBS BEWARE
The seal on the tip of the high heel (the small tan gummy piece at the very bottom of the heel) popped off on my first wear making them unstable and hard to walk or even stand in.
