I bought this sweater because it reminds me of a sweater my mom had when I was young (it was from the 60's, I think). The differences are that her's was slate gray (not light gray) and probably two times smaller than the one I bought. (Don't think I didn't scour the internet looking for a dark gray one!). My cousin absconded with my mom's sweater years ago when I wasn't around and funny thing, I haven't seen it since. (It had to be family, right?)
Anyway, back to this sweater, I love it! I love Mango's designs in general - I bought a large so layers fit under it and it still is roomy. Whereas my mom's was most likely made by hand of some wool blend, this one was made in Turkey with much more affordable poly/acrylic blend, making it very lightweight and comfortable - it is so warm and fluffy!
It is versatile enough to wear around house or can be fancied up to wear out - casual or dressy.
My verdict - Buy! The price is right and the look is just fine!
