Surprise Fit
I don’t remember the last time the war size 10 in a blouse, but I love the pattern and it was the biggest size left so I gave it a try.
It does say that European size is XL. I’m usually a 12 or 14 in blouses – broad shoulders, 38C bust, and broad across the back, but it fits like a dream and is crazy flattering.
Fabric feels rich – though satiny has just a tiny bit of texture. so that hangs beautifully and won’t stain easily. Reminds me of the fit and quality of blouses for the office that were so easy to find in the 90s.
Sleeves are a bit long, but they extend significantly past the wrist button so I think I’m going to just tuck or stitch them under
