Cashmere Scarf Short Sleeve Sweater

Absolutely disappointed with NR service. This sweater is kids size. I bought size S, based on the website description, since that's my original size. When it was delivered I noticed, the size on the label shows S/P which means size small for Petite women ( Petite is used for garment designed for women shorter than 5'3.) I'm size small, 5'6. Tried to return explaining to two different NR representative that the description was inaccurate, resulting in delivering the wrong size. They were very rude saying that it was final sale, and it wasn't their responsibility. Basically, "we don't care about a mistake someone from our company made". I'm a regular consumer of NR, but sometimes their service is horrible.

I gave 3 stars for various reasons. First of all, the scarf does not come off. It is attached to the right side of the shoulder down to the sleeve in an odd way that I cannot attempt to remove it. Secondly, it is not very soft like your other cashmere you own. It almost feels like there is a small amount of regular wool blend into it. Lastly, the size runs a bit small. I bought a size large. This Large size feels more like a medium size. I'm usually fine with a size large top. In my opinion, If you pay $60, you can get a softer traditional short sleeve cashmere sweater. It is a final sale product so you cannot return it. fyi
