The Transport Shoulder Crossbody Bag

I love the simple design of this bag, as well as the fact that I can wear it cross-body or on my. The interior pocket is large enough for a giant smart phone. The exterior pocket is handy for stuffing receipts or slim things, but the button is tricky to open on the go and anything bulky (like a phone) is going to distort and/or leave bulges in the leather. I bought this in the tan leather and it is a lovely, warm brown that looks great with just about everything. Size-wise, this is perfect for me -- wallet, small cosmetics bag, phone, mints and a few odds and ends fit with plenty of room to spare. A small tablet or paperback would probably also fit, though I haven't tried.

I bought this purse a year or so ago but in total probably have only worn it less than a dozen times as I reserve it for special occasions and typically carry a backpack on the daily. Somehow the grommets tore out of the long leather carry strap despite also only carrying minimal weight (wallet, cellphone, chapstick, sani). Neither myself nor my husband have been able to fix it, subsequently rendering the purse useless without having a strap.
