Wanted to LOVE
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my first pair of Madewell jeans. I bought them in the store. Loved them and they fit perfect. I wore them one day and got tons of compliments. I went to wear them again, a few days later, and they seemed so big and baggy! I ended up wearing them for about 1/2 the day, but I had to fold the entire waistband over (after they were totally buttoned up), just so they would fit. They seemed to have stretched out so much that they had become super baggy in the front and through the hips. They are the cutest and most comfortable jeans I own and had hoped they would be my staple this year. Looks like I will have to wash them after every time I wear them, just to keep them fitting and not so stretched out. Disappointed!

Cute, but need to keep up with cuff
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love these. I had to go a size smaller than normal since my usually size fit pretty big and I was told that these jeans do "give" as you wear them so better to go a little smaller. The closure it entirely buttons (vs a zip) so that's a little inconvenient, but otherwise love these. Also worth noting the cuff will fall if you're walking around in these, so you may just have to refold/adjust throughout the day.

Loved, but hard to styke
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pants are great, the only reason I’m not keeping them and gave 4 stars is because I couldn’t get a single pair of my shoes to look good with these (and I have a lot!). Maybe it’s the millennial in me, but the full lengthy baggy is super hard to style. I would not call these barrel, on me they were a baggy jean, which I was actually looking for. Even though they are rigid they are super comfy and I honestly felt had some give. TTS but in a slightly big way. Not big enough to size down but for me just to be comfy. I also have super short legs for my 5’5” frame so they probably just fall too long on me and I don’t feel like hemming. Give them a try if you think you have some shoes that will go!
