This item was canceled due to shipping, and the item never arriving. Several weeks later it arrives, and there’s a note that states “if item is received, return it to avoid being charged.” I attempted to return it in person at a Nordstrom Rack store, however, the associates had no idea what to do with it. Since my account showed it was refunded. The associates pretty much held the handbag hostage when I said I would rather keep it, until I was charged, then return it without proof and later be charged. The note should state “please return if received, and charged,” to avoid confusion.
