These earrings were supposedly shipped with 2 large totes in a big box with tons of crumpled paper. The earrings were missing. I went through the crumpled paper multiple times. I have been denied a refund or a replacement of the earrings. This is certainly not what I would expect as I am “ a Nordie influencer “ status!
