Rosabell Glow Candle Warmer

Got this candle warmer and I had to ship it to the store to not pay extra handling costs. It's got cracks in the glass but they won't process a replacement and want me to go return it, purchase it again, and then pick it up again?? Waste of my time

this isnt packaged well so mine arrived completely shattered with glass shards all over the inside of the box. i couldnt get my money back for it since they dont do refunds, only returns, but the whole reason i orded this online is because i dont have a car and theres nowhere close enough for me to bring it without one. so i guess dont order this unless youre willing and able to return it if it arrives broken. id say just get one in person since they dont package them enough to handle delivery.

I bought this for my friend as a housewarming present. It’s beautiful and I can’t wait to give it to her. She’s gonna love it.
