Possibly sent the wrong item
What I received were microfiber sheets, not satin. The website shows shiny fabric, these are not shiny and don't feel like satin. The package had no label stating what they were or what they were made of and no packing slip either. When I talked to customer service, she said it sounds like I was sent the wrong item. And the sheets were sold out by then so I couldn't get the correct item sent to me. Very disappointing.
