Cannot change to Fahrenheit
Didn't even get a chance to test it because I cannot get it to switch to Fahrenheit. Followed the instructions and no matter what, it keeps toggling back and forth from Off to the Celsius temperature options. Even tried waiting for temperature to stop flashing and it still only turns it off when you hold the power button. Also, the LED screen is super faint and I had to turn off the light to even get a better look at it. Since this company is based on New York, I'm not even sure why Celsius is the default. Glad I realized it was Celsius as I would have burned my hair at 230. Not impressed at all and returning it very soon!

love it
Excellant tool for curling or straightening hair. For years I would curl my hair and in couple of hours the curl would be gone. I don’t know why or how, but with this tool the curls stay in even over night. Just make sure to flip your hair over the barrel in the direction of the curl and you are all set.

Disappointed!
I’m not sure how the iron works as I couldn’t increase the temperature and the directions didn’t help. The guide says the iron heats up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, but it doesn’t go past 120 degrees Celsius.
