Perfectly NYC Chic!
Beautiful beautiful beautiful dress! I received too many compliments to count. I paired this dress with a brown waist belt which I highly suggest.
There is one caveat to this dress, however. The skirt wrinkles VERY easily. I steamed it before we left and came home to it just as wrinkly as it was out of the package. Still worth it to me, though :)
