Good dress for the price
This dress is obviously supposed to be wrinkly, but it is verrry wrinkly. I'm not sure how it could be steamed to fall correctly. If that won't drive you crazy, then this is a good pick. The top is also great for bigger or smaller chests. the cut outs fall in a flattering spot. The smocking in the back allows for a good fit.
