These are 3 whole inches bigger at the waist than the sizing chart indicates. I have a 31.5" waist so I got a size 31, which fits a 32" waist as seen on said sizing chart. Tried them on, and they are just way too big for what I thought I was getting. I measured these jeans and they are 35"?? Wearing a belt makes them look frumpy so that doesn't help. I can tell you it's not just a fluke, because I got another pair of Lucky jeans in the same size and the waist is also 35" on the dot. I'm glad they were on sale. I don't want to return them so the money I saved from the sale is going towards getting them tailored. One last gripe; I really wish the material was thicker, like classic denim. They just feel like skinny jeans material, just less stretchy. It feels a bit cheap so, again, I'm glad they were on sale. I'd be livid if I paid the full price...
