Very thin leather, not durable
I am extremely disappointed in this tote...It is extremely light weight and scratches too easily. The leather is EXTREMELY thin...The straps feel like they are going to tear off the bag if you put more than your billfold, phone and keys.

Loose threads and stitching
I love the color, size and softness of this bag, BUT, it is poorly designed. The straps had threads that were coming undone when I received it in the mail. It was very noticeable and made the bag look cheap. Customer service was great and I was able to return and get my money back.
