These are beautiful and super comfortable at first try on. Sadly, there are multiple flaws with the shoes. The left shoe has a dimpled ridge in the heel leather, but worse, the right shoe has two pieces of the woven leather that is cut and not attached. The shipping was incredibly slow for Nordstrom and I’m frustrated that I now have to wait and hope that the replacement is better. Also, I can’t get free shipping on a replacement unless I order more items. Very frustrating!

Go down 2-3 sizes!
I’m a true size 7 and when these came in, I had to triple check the size. They were about a size 9 or 10 in length. It was the strangest thing! So disappointed!! Bc now, it’s all sold out!!
