Cute but sent the wrong color

This is a cute sweater but I was sent the wrong color (was supposed to get the navy blue and got the light blue). It runs small in my opinion, I ordered a size up. The light blue is good for spring so I’ll keep it

lucky sweater with embroidered bows wrong color

I ordered with light blue sweater top with the embroidered bows and both times, I was shipped a dark navy blue sweater. What is the problem? Why does Nordstrom rack keep sending me The wrong Color!!??!
