CUTE VEST but LOW QUALITY MATERIAL
THIS is a cute vest but it has a few negatives. The material is low quality and itchy. Scratchy and a bit thin. The top portion on me looked ackward, but that could just be me. I have a 38C chest and part of the front folded inward instead of staying upward due to the cheap material. THIS will be returned... IT does have a cute style, but disappointed in quality
