I purchased this bag was super excited to receive and it came without the strap. even though it’s pictured and literally referred to as a crossbody

Bag not what I expected
I believed I had secured a favorable acquisition when I purchased this bag; however, upon unboxing, I discovered its capacity is limited to a lipstick and a key fob. This has resulted in considerable dissatisfaction. The product appeared significantly larger in the accompanying imagery, and its actual size suggests it is more suitable for a juvenile.
