Sadly it's a no go. It's a shame!
The color of the bag is beautiful, it's exactly what i wanted. Unfortunately, there's a scruff mark on the back left lower corner, a small pin prick sized hole at the bottom of the bag, and the bag has deep creases all over the bag. It's too "new" for me to have to spend the time and money to get supplies and to attempt to tget the creases out. And this is an oversight on Longchamp, but the strap which is thin, isn't adjustable. That was the straw that broke this camel's bag which made me decide to return it.

Terrible Quality Check
The purse arrived with a stain and was missing a strap as if it was used. Better quality checks are needed prior to shipping products.
