Wrong shoes sent twice
I’ve ordered these twice now and both times they got it wrong. Where is quality control? The first order was a totally different shoe and the second order was the wrong size by a lot. I tried calling in to report that I got sent the wrong shoes twice and it just kept me in a loop with Rosie, their AI customer service. Not happy. These were expensive and now I have to return them. Twice!
