Fragrance too sweet

I thought this shower oil would have a light almond fragrance. I am not sure what the scent is, but it is nothing I would recognize as almond, and is cloyingly sweet. It smells like the cheapest perfume you could purchase. Unfortunately, I got it on final sale so it cannot be returned. I will be throwing it away.
