How to use: Massage a small amount of hand cream into backs and palms of hands. Apply body lotion daily after showering or bathing. Spray pillow mist in your bedroom 15 minutes before going to bed to create a calming atmosphere. Use liquid soap on wet skin, work into a lather and rinse thoroughly.
