Sassy Pointed Toe Wedge Bootie (Women)

I wanted to love these. They were a great price and wedge heel, so I knew they would be comfortable. But I couldn’t get my foot in the shoe. And when I finally managed to squeeze it in, I couldn’t get the boot zipped all the way up over my thick calf. Unfortunately I will have to return them.

I have been on the hunt for a pair of pointy toe, dressy, comfortable booties to wear this winter with flare jeans. I found these online and it was the first time I had heard of the brand and there weren’t any reviews at the time but decided to give them a try (thanks to Nordstrom’s great return policy). I bought both colors in a size 7. I am usually a 6.5-7. They arrived today and are lovely—exactly what I was looking for. I tried them on with a pair of relatively thin socks (not thick hiking socks but not stocking type socks either) and they fit great. I walked around the house for a bit and they are comfortable and easy to walk in since they have a wedge. No platform which is what I was looking for too, to make them a bit dressier. They are sleek and not at all chunky and they didn’t pinch my toes. I haven’t worn them out yet so not sure how comfy they will be wearing them for longer than short periods of time. On both colors the pyramid studs are silver and add some uniqueness without being overwhelming. The leather on the black and the suede on the saddle seem to be good quality—consistent with the price point. I’m really please with my purchase! I will definitely be looking at this brand in the future.
